Service Description

Group workshop to explore tools for dealing with stress in the moment and how stress is showing up for you. You will be guided to take action to support yourself and your wellbeing in new ways by a board-certified health coach while enjoying the shared wisdom and warmth of community. October 17: We begin at the beginning - tuning into and listening to the body as a source of information and wisdom. In this workshop we will explore the different ways stress shows up in the body and how your body tells you what it needs... moving into setting intentions to support your body in new ways in order to reduce stress, anxiety and burnout. Please note: Wilde Wellness' COVID-19 safety policy includes a proof of vaccination requirement for in-person events. A virtual option for this workshop is availably on Monday evenings.
