Hi, I'm Juli Wilde. I am a board-certified health coach with a Master's degree from the University of Minnesota's Center for Spirituality and Healing in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching. I have two kids who are the light of my life, I'm a yoga and a cat fanatic and I'm crazy about mother nature and the healing power of the great outdoors.
