Service Description

30-minute consultation to see if health coaching is a good fit for you; overview of health coaching and your current issues and goals. You choose either an in-person or a video-conference session. You will receive a confirmation email with a video-conference link in both cases. In the case of inclement weather, the video-conference option can be used.
