About the event
Many of us are feeling exhaustion and a lack of energy that doesn't get better by getting more sleep. That's because sleep and rest aren't the same thing and we are desperately craving rest. In this workshop we'll review the habits that keep us chronically on alert and stressed out. We will explore 7 different kinds of rest and you'll tune into yourself to determine what kinds of rest your body and mind are calling for. You will create a personalized plan to get the rest you need and we'll end with a guided progressive muscle relaxation.
This workshop is facilitated by Juli Wilde, a board-certified health coach with a master's degree in health coaching from the University of Minnesota.
