About the event
Over the next few months, we will explore tools and strategies to lower stress, worry and anxiety. But first things first... how can we take action to feel better when we're not clear when something's wrong?
In our first group session together, we'll tune into our greatest ally... the body. Our bodies hold so much wisdom and give us clues about how stress is affecting us. Sometimes these clues are subtle and sometimes they're like a freight train coming through.
In my work with clients and in my personal work, I've seen how easy it is to ignore the signs of stress and just "keep on truckin". It turns out that ignoring isn't an effective stress management strategy and eventually the chickens come home to roost.
