Life as we know it has changed and we're not sure what comes next. You're busy juggling all of the things and stress, worry and anxiety can seem like an inescapable part of life.


At the same time, you know something has to change.


Maybe you know that stress is a risk factor for every chronic disease. Maybe you're tired of feeling overwhelmed. Maybe you're noticing all of the ways that stress is showing up in your life.. headaches, insomnia, irritability,, muscle tension, trouble concentrating...

Wilde Wellness Coaching presents monthly workshops designed to give you the awareness, tools and strategies to reduce the effects of stress in your life.

Each month we will explore tools for dealing with stress in the moment and how stress is showing up for you. You will be guided to take action to support yourself and your wellbeing in new ways by a board-certified health coach while enjoying the shared wisdom and warmth of community.
